As a check-in agent at Brussels Airport, you are the first point of contact for passengers. Your task is to ensure a smooth check-in process. You will verify that passengers have the correct travel documents, assist them with checking in their baggage, and provide them with information about their flight. Working as a check-in agent is much more varied than you might expect. In addition to your duties behind the check-in desk, you will also accompany unaccompanied minors at the airport, assist passengers with the boarding and participate in the boarding process for various airlines such as TUI, Vueling, and many others.
