Bonjour à tous ! Aujourd’hui, c’est jeudi le 27 mai 2021. Dans cet article, je vais vous parler d’une journée dans ma vie. Je fais un stage au département de la jeunesse de la commune de Brasschaat. En raison des circonstances, je dois travailler à la maison. Mais aujourd’hui c’est une exception ! Vous voulez savoir ce que je vais faire ? Alors lisez la suite.
Chaque matin, je fais mon agenda pour la journée. Aujourd’hui, j’ai un certain nombre de tâches à accomplir. Il est maintenant 8h30. J’ai une réunion à 9h30, donc dans une heure. Tous les deux semaines, tous les collègues du service de jeunesse se réunissent pour discuter de l’état d’avancement des projets en cours. Ils font également du brainstorming et prennent des décisions. La réunion vient de se terminer et a duré environ 2 heures. Nous avons beaucoup discuté des arrangements pour le covid pendant l’été. Je dois envoyer un courriel important et relire un document que j’ai créé hier. Le document contient des informations sur une promenade thématique sur laquelle je travaille à ce moment.
It’s now 12:30. I’m taking a short lunch break, but I must be quick or else I will be late. I want to take the bus to the office at 13:00. This afternoon I will be working on a new assignement. A colleague will explain how the ‘UiTdatabank’ (= the largest database of leasure activities in Flanders and Brussels) works and afterwards I will post all the current activities in the database.
The Youth Department, in collaboration with external partners, organizes a variety of workshops and other fun activities for all the children and teenagers in Brasschaat throughout the summer. It took me quite a long time to fill in all the details of every activity, but after 3 hours I am done!
It’s now 16:15. Before I head home, I need to speak to a colleague about a new assignment I’ll be working on soon. During the meeting earlier, they had asked me to design a promotional sticker. The aspiring graphic designer in me couldn’t be more excited.
Once home I took a short break and ate dinner with my family. The last thing I will be doing today is pre-write some E-mails that I will have to send tomorrow morning. And we’re finishing up the day at 19:30. Now time to relax! Thanks for reading if you’ve made it this far.
