Before I came to Brussels to study tourism, I first went to boarding school in Koksijde for 6 years, where I learned how to cook and had the opportunity to do an internship in a 2-star restaurant. In this two-star restaurant located in Uccle, 'Le chalet de la For\u00eat', I really learned what it is to maintain such a high level but also to enjoy the free moments. Because without enjoying the free moments, it is impossible to maintain this level. Apart from the fact that I love cooking and especially good food with an accompanying wine, I really love traveling with my parents I have already been able to go to a few countries such as Spain, France, Morocco and Kenya, and with friends I have also been on holiday to Budapest and New York. Where I also like to take my time to enjoy it. And to discover new things abroad, both food and culture.
