If you ask my how my internship was, I would say \u00ab Pura\nVida \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pura vida is the most used expression in Costa Rica. This\nexpression has different meanings. Here are some ways to use it:
\nHello = Pura Vida
\nThank you = Pura Vida
\nYou\u2019re welcome = Pura Vida
\nI\u2019m fine = Pura Vida<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Costa Rica stond\nal eventjes op mijn bucket list van landen die ik zeer graag wou bezoeken. And\nI did it!
\nMijn avontuur hier begon op 27 februari. Vier maanden lang heb ik stage gelopen\nin de hotels Dos Palmas. Beide zijn gelegen in de provincie Alajuela. Sindsdien\nheb ik hier van alles kunnen meemaken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In general I had\nto manage the hotel together with 3 other students. No day was the same. Everyday\nI had to check inn and check out people from all over the world. The hotels are\nof small scale, so there is a more closer relation with the guests comparing to\na bigger hotel.
\nSo it was very important to wake up with a smile and to show the clients that I\nwas always there for   them to help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I could see myself grow during this internship. For example my Spanish got more fluent and I am less shy then before. I feel like I can come up for myself and be more open towards people. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gelukkig waren mijn bazen, Peter en Flor heel flexibel. Hierdoor kon ik op mijn vrije dagen het land doorreizen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Voor ik hier heen\nkwam, had ik een 1 doel: een luiaard zien. Ik ben zo blij dat ik dit van mijn\nbucketlist kan schrappen. Ik heb het geluk gehad er meerdere te kunnen zien,\nnamelijk in Manuel Antonio, nationaal park Cahuita, Puerto Viejo en in Bocas\nDel Toro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hiernaast heeft\nCosta Rica ook prachtige stranden, actieve vulkanen, nationale parken en een\nheerlijke keuken te bieden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mijn favorieten\nwaren Playa Santa Teresa, nationaal park Cahuita en het typisch Costa Ricaans\ngerecht \u201cPinto\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And last but not\nleast, the nightlife is also active in Costa Rica. For the party animals under\nyou, the capital San Jose offers a whole street with reggeaton clubs.
\nYou\u2019ll also find some great\nparties at the beach with a sunset view.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I hope you\u2019ll consider\nthis internship, because it\u2019s an great opportunity that you\u2019ll never forget!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
