Looking for a stage where creativity and human connection come together? During my internship at Pasar vzw, I discovered that communication is much more than creating attractive content. It is about bringing people together and helping them discover meaningful leisure experiences. Here’s a glimpse into my daily life as a TRM intern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of my main responsibilities is creating flyers and visuals for different activities organised by Pasar. I use my creativity to design communication materials that are clear and attractive. It’s rewarding to know that something I created can encourage people to participate in an event or discover a new activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mais mon stage ne se limite pas au travail derri\u00e8re un ordinateur. J’ai \u00e9galement l’occasion de participer \u00e0 des activit\u00e9s sur le terrain, comme Babbel & Wandel. Ces moments permettent aux participants de se rencontrer, de discuter et de profiter d’une promenade ensemble. En tant que stagiaire, j’aide \u00e0 l’organisation pratique et j’accueille les participants. Cela m’a permis de d\u00e9velopper mes comp\u00e9tences relationnelles et mon sens des responsabilit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What I enjoy most about this internship is the variety. No two days are exactly the same. One day, I’m brainstorming about a new visual campaign, the next, I’m helping during an activity and interacting with participants. This combination of communication and event support makes the experience dynamic and enriching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette exp\u00e9rience, j’ai aussi d\u00e9couvert l’importance du travail d’\u00e9quipe. Le d\u00e9partement R\u00e9seau & Communication collabore constamment avec d’autres coll\u00e8gues afin d’assurer le bon d\u00e9roulement des projets. Chacun apporte son expertise, et cela montre qu’une organisation fonctionne gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l’implication de tous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For students considering Tourism and Recreation Management, I would definitely recommend exploring internships in organisations like Pasar. It allows you to apply what you’ve learned in class while discovering new interests and developing practical skills. You’ll improve your communication abilities, learn how to work professionally and gain valuable experience for your future career.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En conclusion, ce stage m’a permis de grandir tant sur le plan professionnel que personnel. J’ai appris \u00e0 \u00eatre plus autonome, plus cr\u00e9ative et plus \u00e0 l’aise dans le contact avec les autres.
