Chaque vol d\u00e9pend d\u2019une organisation millim\u00e9tr\u00e9e : du changement des galleys \u00e0 la communication avec les \u00e9quipes de catering, tout doit \u00eatre parfaitement synchronis\u00e9. Working in the inflight supply chain means dealing with a constant flow of information. I spend a good part of my day sending and following up emails with catering partners, ensuring that every aircraft leaves with the correct meals, drinks and of course the most important: the correct equipment on board. We also collaborate with TUI fly Nederland and TUI fly Morocco, which gives me a broader view of how international coordination works within a major airline group. J\u2019ai pu observer de pr\u00e8s comment les stocks sont g\u00e9r\u00e9s, notamment lors des inventaires de heavy galleys equipment, o\u00f9 chaque produit doit \u00eatre compt\u00e9 avec pr\u00e9cision. Ces visites m\u2019aident \u00e0 comprendre comment les d\u00e9cisions prises au bureau se traduisent concr\u00e8tement sur le terrain. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Another key part of my role is analysing cabin crew reports. These reports highlight issues such as missing items, incorrect loading, or equipment problems. My job is to allocate them correctly, identify patterns, and help the team improve processes. Mais surtout, il m\u2019a montr\u00e9 que derri\u00e8re chaque vol se cache une logistique passionnante, dynamique et pleine de d\u00e9fis.
