The first time I walked into the Paradise feels like yesterday. Samen met mijn twee collega\u2019s verwelkomen wij iedereen van het restaurant, de hostel en iedereen die komt wakeboarden. Eerst en vooral wordt iedereen in het systeem van waksys geregistreerd en vervolgens worden ze in een wetsuit gestoken en klaargemaakt om zich te kunnen uitleven op het water. Naast de registraties om te wakeboarden, doen wij aan het onthaal ook al de check-in en -outs van de hostel en regelen wij alle reservaties voor zowel het restaurant, de hostel en de kabelbaan. Het komt er op neer dat er een zeer gevarieerd takenpakket is, binnen de functies van een onthaal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">After almost two months working at Lakeside, I got used to a daily movement of soaked people walking in and out, and a wetsuit became for me the most common and normal outfit of the day. Not only the wetsuits started to get normal for my eyes, but working barefoot behind the reception was one of the things I started doing without finding it weird.
