Les compagnies esp\u00e8rent que leurs clients accepteront un bon d\u2019\u00e9change plut\u00f4t que d\u2019exiger un remboursement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brussels Airlines ne se laisse donc pas oublier et entretient le lien avec ses clients. Ce mercredi 15 avril 2020, tous ses clients ont re\u00e7u un mail pour leur confirmer que tous les vols \u00e9taient annul\u00e9s jusqu\u2019au 14 mai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre-temps, non seulement ils restent \u00e0 disposition de leurs clients pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 leurs questions, mais ils nous donnent des nouvelles de leur flotte montrant comment ils bichonnent leurs avions en attendant que les vols reprennent.
